Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid features, subscriptions, credits, and in-app purchases connected to AuraVis and Aura-vis AI Video.
Most purchases are processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or another payment platform. Platform refund rules may apply in addition to this Policy.
If Google Play or Apple App Store approves a refund, we will honor that platform decision and process the corresponding refund status in our Services.
Refund basics
- Google Play and Apple App Store purchases are usually reviewed by the platform where the purchase was made.
- If Google or Apple approves a refund, we will refund or recognize the refunded transaction and adjust related app entitlements.
- Refunded credits, exports, generations, subscriptions, or premium features may be removed, reduced, or disabled after the refund is confirmed.
- Refund timing depends on the platform, payment method, bank, and local processing rules.
1. App Store Purchases
If you purchased through Google Play or Apple App Store, refund requests are generally submitted to the same platform. Those platforms may make the final decision under their own rules, timelines, and consumer protection requirements.
When Google Play or Apple App Store approves a refund, we will recognize the approved refund and update the related account, subscription, entitlement, credit balance, or purchase record where technically possible.
2. Direct or Web Purchases
If we later offer direct web payments, refund eligibility may depend on the product type, local law, the status of use, and any terms presented at checkout.
Unless a checkout page, mandatory law, or written agreement states otherwise, completed digital purchases, consumed credits, completed generations, exported assets, and renewed subscriptions may be non-refundable.
3. Effect of Refunds
- We may revoke or reduce refunded credits, coins, generations, exports, premium tools, subscription access, or other paid entitlements
- We may prevent refunded purchases from being used again after refund confirmation
- We may retain records needed for billing, accounting, marketplace reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and compliance
4. How to Request a Refund
- For Google Play purchases, use Google Play's refund flow or the purchase history tools available in your Google account
- For Apple App Store purchases, use Apple's report-a-problem or purchase history refund flow
- For any future direct purchases, contact our support channel and include the order ID, account identifier, purchase date, and reason for the request
5. Refund Timing
Approval, payment reversal, and bank posting times depend on the marketplace, payment method, card issuer, bank, and local processing rules. We cannot control platform or bank timing.
If a refund appears approved by the platform but your AuraVis entitlement has not updated, contact support and include proof of the approved refund.
6. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
We may restrict accounts, revoke entitlements, or decline assistance where we reasonably believe refund abuse, chargeback abuse, fraud, policy evasion, unauthorized resale, or other misuse has occurred.
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer rights available under applicable law.
